Sandy CrossCEO, President & Founder

As Founder and President, Sandy Cross has spent nearly 10 years growing Dynamic Staffing Solutions into one of Tampa’s most successful employment firms. Prior to opening Dynamic Staffing Solutions she led 3 successful Staffing offices to record highs in Michigan from 1993 to 2007. With the economy slowing in early 2007 and employers downsizing, she saw the writing on the wall and sold her businesses and made the move to Tampa Florida in late 2007… She soon realized she still needed to help others…” Helping people has always been in my blood”, so she followed her passion and opened Dynamic Staffing Solutions in 2009. She proudly encourages her team to be the best they can and leads all talent acquisition and employee retention.

Dina AguileraSenior Staffing Manager

Dina is our Senior Staffing Manager and has been with Dynamic Staffing Solutions since early 2012. She ensures the daily operations run smoothly and help with the training of our other staffing specialists. Dina’s passion for the staffing industry has allowed her to be successful by delivering solutions to our clients, colleagues and associates.
